Prior knowledge and skills: minimal or no prior knowledge of Spanish.
Course aim: At the end of the course learners should be able to perform basic tasks such as exchanging greetings, asking simple questions and writing basic sentences. Learners should acquire basic spoken and written language survival skills and be introduced to the culture of the language.
